Malibu, Tuscany, and now Mexico
Three houses on one river, each in a design language of its own. The third is Qovaa.
World-class design shouldn't require a world tour.
Seaa & Skyy brought something of the Malibu coast to Tiracol. The Vale brings Italy, from the Tuscan countryside to the shores of Lake Como. With Qovaa, we bring a little Mexican flair: Mexican in its design, its textures, its furniture and its intent.
Intimate yet expansive, grounded yet dreamlike.
A place slightly removed
The name comes from the word cove. Qovaa suggests a place slightly removed from the world: intimate yet expansive, grounded yet dreamlike.
Its architecture borrows the softness of Mexican design: sculpted arches, thick limewashed walls, shaded thresholds and earthy textures. Two villas are now taking shape above the river.

Progress report: the Riverside Collection
Seaa & Skyy, The Vale and Qovaa: three distinct architectural expressions along the Tiracol River, each at a different stage of construction.
The Vale, a house that kept getting better
The second residence of the Riverside Collection: every wish for a house, and an idea that kept improving as we built it.
A village within a village
Mandrem is a village of lanes. Baia Villas carries that pattern into six homes, inside and out.
