A note from the founder
If there’s a heaven for me, I’m sure there’s a river attached to it.
I came across this line somewhere. The first time I saw the Tiracol River from this elevated parcel of land, it came back to me.
The setting called for something beyond the ordinary. The idea was to create beautiful homes that do justice to their surroundings, and offer a way of life that discerning buyers would recognise as truly worthwhile.
That was the starting point of Tellado’s Riverside Collection.

Where the river
meets the sea.
Tiracol sits at the northernmost tip of South Maharashtra, where the Tiracol River meets the Arabian Sea. Far from the density of coastal Goa, it has stayed largely untouched: old-world quiet, dramatic topography, and a coastline that has not yet been asked to perform.
The kind of place that rewards those who find it early.
